Take the first step.....

                 


   

For today's post I am encouraging you to take one small step, not think you have to do it all in one go!
Believing in your ability to stick to your goal, even when it's tricky, is a key thing, and you CAN do it!
What is it you want to achieve?  How can you make a start?  Get started... then you can start the next day too, and before you know it, you will be on the way to success. Small steps repeated often = great results to be proud of!

Find what works for you.  For me it is juicing, for the energy it gives me,  plus exercise I enjoy doing ( dancing, tennis, walking) as I hate the gym and get bored easily!  I don't mind the exercises as such but need someone on my case to do them properly and regularly!  I prefer to get fit and lose weight as a by-product of doing something energetic that is fun, that way I seem to keep it up and see good results.  Fresh air always gives a feel good factor.  Or perhaps swimming is your preference?
